Exchange & Return Policy
At ANUSHONGO, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with the product, we offer an exchange or return option based on the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange & Return:
You must notify us about any product issue within 48 hours of the delivery time to be eligible for an exchange or return.
Exchange Option:
Anushongo’s Responsibility: If the issue is due to a defect, color mismatch, or size mismatch on our part, Anushongo will cover the charges for the return parcel and the exchange delivery.
Customer’s Responsibility: If the issue is not caused by us (e.g., if the customer ordered the wrong size or color), the customer will be responsible for paying the return parcel and exchange delivery charges.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered by the delivery agent. However, you can exchange the product for another item of your choice, as long as the item is in a resalable condition.
Inspection and Return Process:
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect the product carefully in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. If you find any issue, you can immediately return the product to the delivery agent.
Return Charges: If you choose to return the product, you will be required to pay the delivery charge for the return.
